High Slip Polythene Additive

We have a high slip polythene that allows products to be slid inside the polythene easily. Our customers in the textile and laundry industries use this high slip polythene to quickly pack bulky items.

High slip low density polythene (LDPE) is normally a melt 4 film grade although slip and anti-block can be added to a melt 2 grade film to achieve similar results. This is particularly popular in thin gauged films and in bags that are being used to pack large bulky light weight items.

Slip and anti-block additives are added to polymers prior to extrusion and increase the amount of slip or slipperiness of the polythene.
