A company looking to introduce a new line of packaging to achieve:
- High level of product protection
- One packaging design to fit all product variants
- Short lead times
- Low unit costs
Information was gathered whilst visiting the client’s manufacturing facility and ideas exchanged on potential designs which may be suitable.
NPF returned soon after with design samples and then worked closely with the client to fine tune the dimensions and provide a quotation with price breaks.
By introducing a cardboard wrap it allows the packing team to cut down the length of the wrap to suit each bespoke product. The end caps were then fixed in place to provide excellent impact protection when in transit.
